Shipping & Return Policy
How long will it take for the order to reach?
We dispatch orders within 10-20 working days of order placement and you will get an update once dispatched on your email and phone number.
All shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 7-14 business days (due to the COVID crisis) depending on the location. Delivery times for international orders will be 10-20 working days.
International Shipping
INR 3500 (estimated) per kg
SHIPPING PRICES CAN BE AFFECTED BY FACTORS LIKE: FUEL COSTS, DESTINATIONS, DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGE.
HENCE, TO AVOID ANY DISCREPANCIES EXACT SHIPPING COST IS INFORMED ONCE THE PACKAGE IS SENT TO THE SHIPPING TEAM.
The order will be SHIPPED only after the total order payment including the SHIPPING charges is received.
- Custom Duty, if levied by the country of the customer, will be liable to be paid by the customer only. We are not responsible for any custom charges on the shipment.
- In case, the customer refuses to pay Custom Duty at the destination, we will not be liable to refund the order amount due to non-delivery of the order.
Exchange Policy
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. But if you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us at support.anuki.in@gmail.com and we can review on a case by case basis.
All the sales discounted and brought with a coupon are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Orders placed during sale/offer are non-refundable. We will issue a credit note for the same.
Damage During Transit
We do a quality check and provide multiple layers of protection before dispatching the product. However, if the product received incurs damage during transit, reach out to us at your earliest (within 24 hours) on our WhatsApp helpline at 7678032290, emailing on anuki.helpdesk.im@gmail.com, or DMing us on social media.
Our pick-up service will have the damaged item picked up. After verification at our facility, we will send you a new piece of the same product. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund to avoid malpractices.
Wrong Item Received

Can I cancel my order?
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Orders placed during sale/offer are non-refundable. We will issue a credit note for the same.

We accept payment by UPI, Paytm credit card, debit card (American Express, Visa, Master Card), Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery.
